Been here a few times now and never been disappointed. I booked our works Christmas practise here and will exist booking for this yr too. Terminal night I went with friends equally a party of 9 and had a wonderful evening. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and courteous – nothing is too much bother. The food was delicious and they fabricated a special occasion out of my altogether. I would definitely recommend Grappolos to anyone!

Me and my partner take been to Grappolo'due south 3 times at present since living in the area for the past half dozen months and we love it! Corking Italian food and amazing staff who are so friendly including the brill pianist! The place has a lovely atmosphere where you can feel relaxed but also have a laugh with the staff. We were a political party of 15 celebrating three birthdays! The food was fantastic, served in a great atmosphere by staff who really desire the customers to relish their evening. We've been going to Grappolo for years and it keeps getting ameliorate.
As cheesy as it sounds, my feel of this great restaurant was more than like visiting family (who happen to be amazing cooks!), than visiting a restaurant for the beginning fourth dimension! My married woman, my four yr old son and I were up from Birmingham visiting friends, and they had booked us in for dinner. As soon as we went in, it was the warmest welcome I have ever experienced when dining out. Every fellow member of staff without exception went out of their way to cater to our every need, and treat us like royalty! I was specially impressed by how much endeavor everyone made to engage with my son. It tin often exist hard to continue him occupied only several members of staff constantly came up and chatted with him, showing him around and generally amusing him, which I thought was really lovely. When the food arrived, it was phenomenal, and the portion sizes were corking. Even with my about critical caput on I genuinely could not find a single thing to error this cracking identify on! I cannot stress enough how attentive and friendly the staff were though, and that was the best matter for me nearly the place.
